Every day at 6 PM

The drop

Getting a game together is mostly a scheduling problem. Players are free on different nights, GMs can only run on certain days, and venues only have so many open tables. Tableland exists to line those three things up.

GMs post the games they want to run and the days they could run them. Players tap interested on anything they could make. Then once a day at 6 PM, we match players, GMs, and open tables, and post the night's new schedule. That's the drop.

Until the drop, nothing is locked in — tapping interested just raises your hand. If more people want a game than the table holds, seats go to players who show up when it counts, and everyone else joins the waitlist: if a seat opens up, you get a text.
